(He shakes his head, flinging a shower of microplastics and dark oil.)
Behold me, you fools! I am everything you never wanted to see! I am the forgotten bottle, the discarded tire, the endless, oily slick that drowns your future!
Look upon my body! It is your history! Your greed! A testament to your ‘perfect’ invention! My skin is stronger than your steel! It will not break! It will not decay! It will only grow!
(A sharp blast of choking sulfur smoke explodes from his mouth.)
I AM POLLUTO! The new god of this defiled world! I am the chokehold on your oceans, the ash in your lungs, the acid rain that melts your pathetic stone towers! I am the inevitable! The end of your short, dirty reign!
You thought you could contain your own filth? You thought you could just… wash it away? No! I am the return! The terrible echo! I will cover everything! I will suffocate your green! I will clog your rivers with a thousand tons of MY truth! And when the last of your ‘pure’ water is choked with plastic, you will drink ME! You will breathe ME! You will BECOME ME!
